- In the 1800's, the women's rights momentand the Black rights movement sharedmany members, ambitions andapproaches. despite their similarities, and future goals for the betterment of the society and women in general.
Many even stated that colored women are those unfortunate group of people who have to fight discrimination based on two things -- color of their skin and their gender.

Many even assumes that jobs like nanny, nurses, teachers, caretakers, and others are done by women only

- Gender equity means fairness of treatmentfor women and men, according to theirrespective needs.
- Gender equality means that women andmen, and girls and boys, enjoy the samerights, resources, opportunities andprotections.

Minial jobs are assigned to women from around the world
They ar worked in domestic services, like housekeepers and maid.
These jobs somehow signify the boundries that were set for women bythe working class men,whose primary objective was toprovide shelter
In the early 20th century, there were several obligations for women in general when they showed any interest to work outside the four-walls
- What were women doing in the war?
When men left for war, there were several other jobs were created to fill the gap. For instance, around the second world war, several women were hired to work as nurses or to take care of the wounded.
- What happened when men returned fromthe war?
Post the war ended, women had hard time to find some decent jobs. Men were preferred again to work in the offices.
