May be difficult to come off of these benefits if the time comes to leave the PEO relationship if you are not a large enough group to dictate enough buying power (.e.g., they can create golden handcuffs).

Feedback from the TOC teams reveals that implementation teams with ADP are not consistently strong and require consistent follow up and babysitting to meet deadlines and milestones.

Because ADP is one of the largest players in the space, they can and do charge top dollar for their services. You are likely able to get the same or better services for less expensive from another payroll provider if you shop around (e.g., Paylocity, Paycom, Paycor, etc.).

Frees TOC up to focus on strategy and the Enhanced Talent Suite provides a great roadmap to get there in time.

TOC has ample experience to support and implement Workforce Now.

Stronger benefits package than you are able to negotiate standalone plus ability to showcase total compensation more readily to employees to show value.

More efficient onboarding that creates a better employee experience.

Investment to provide substancially higher benefits is minimal.

Implementation fee seems reasonable and all feedback from the team on WorkForce Now has been positive. Implementation will also be easier given we are going from one ADP platform to another.

Assistance with some of the more compliance driven tasks and needs are available for a compliance heavy state as well.

Will need to navigate off of Run platform as you grow soon for added complexity into a more robust platform like Workforce Now eventually anyhow.
