Use the Pomodoro Technique, choose a task to be completed, set the Pomodoro time to 25 minutes, focus on the work, and do not allow to do anything unrelated to the task until the Pomodoro clock rings, and then take a short break (5 minutes is enough) , and then start the next tomato. Take an extra break every 4 Pomodoros. The Pomodoro Technique greatly improves work efficiency and gives you an unexpected sense of accomplishment.
