in principle:
The midsagittal plane of the human body: The sagittal plane that passes through the center of the human body and divides the human body into two symmetrical halves, called the midsagittal plane.
Osteology
Bone: Made up of bone tissue, it is the main component of bone. Divided into compact bone and spongy bone.
Bone marrow: is a connective tissue that fills the bone marrow cavity and cancellous bone. Divided into red bone marrow and yellow bone marrow.
sacrum
Sacral promontory: Location: The front end of the upper edge of the sacral body protrudes and is called the promontory.
Sacrum hiatus: Location: The posterior lower end of the sacral canal is open and is called the sacral hiatus.
sacral angle
Location: The downward protrusions on both sides of the sacral hiatus are called sacral angles
Clinical significance: Sacrocanal anesthesia often uses the sacral angle as a symbol
sternal angle
Location: sternum manubrium, body junction
Shape: Slightly protruding forward
Clinical significance: It is associated with the second rib and is an important symbol for counting rib numbers clinically.
rib
True ribs 1~7: connected to the sternum
False ribs 8~12: not connected to the sternum
Costal arch: Ribs 8 to 10 are connected to the cartilage of the upper ribs in turn through costal cartilage to form the costal arch.
Floating ribs: 11~12
wing point
Location: Frontal, parietal, temporal, and sphenoid bone confluence
Shape: "H" shaped bone suture, the weakest here
Clinical significance: middle meningeal artery passes
Paranasal sinuses and openings
paranasal sinuses
Frontal sinus: middle meatus
Ethmoid sinuses:
Anterior middle group: middle meatus
Posterior group: superior meatus
sphenoid sinus: sphenoethmoidal recess
Maxillary sinus: middle meatus
Open your mouth
Middle meatus: frontal sinus, anterior middle group of ethmoid sinus, maxillary sinus
Superior meatus: posterior ethmoid group
Sphenoethmoidal recess: sphenoid sinus
surgical neck
Location: The transition point between the upper end of the humerus and the body
Clinical significance: prone to fractures
Carpal bone alignment
Nearby: Zhouyue Triangle Bean

boundary
Composition: sacral promontory - arcuate line - pubic comb - pubic tubercle - pubic crest - upper edge of pubic symphysis
