Level 8: Single-system or multi-system process optimization projects, such as PLM projects (move the R&D process to the PLM system and open up related systems)

Level 9: Single-system or multi-system system reconstruction projects that can support the group’s development needs for more than 5 years, such as the Omall Mall Fire Phoenix Project

Level 10: Single-system or multi-system performance improvement projects, such as a project to increase the payment conversion rate of Omall Mall by 10%, including optimization strategies for each node of the traffic funnel For example: traffic conversion rate of each channel, browsing conversion rate, purchase conversion rate, payment conversion rate, etc.

Project-type golden ideas: generally belong to strategy, goals, architecture, and new technology requirements, involve the adjustment of the underlying system or can greatly promote the achievement of the group's strategy & goals, and pose great/great challenges (technology & communication & processes) Note: For project-type golden ideas, the person or team who proposes them will participate in the implementation process of the project by default.

Level 8: Obtain a RMB 3,500 proposal award. If you participate in the entire project implementation, you will be eligible for the "Team Third Class Merit" assessment together with the implementation team after successful implementation.

Level 9: Obtain a RMB 4250 proposal award. If you participate in the entire project implementation, you will be eligible for the "Second Team Merit" assessment together with the implementation team after successful implementation.

Level 10: Obtain a RMB 5,000 proposal award. If you participate in the entire project implementation, you will be eligible to be evaluated as "Team First Class Merit" together with the implementation team after successful implementation.

Soy Sauce Award: For golden ideas that pass the offline review, the second-level department with the smallest cumulative reward will receive the "IT Golden Idea Soy Sauce Award" certificate

0-Egg Award: For the golden ideas that participated in the offline review, the second-level departments of Digital Information Technology with a quantity of 0 will be issued a certificate of "IT Golden Idea 0-Egg Award". The Digital Information Technology Group will notify the group and the department will collectively run around Lixin Lake.

Registration: Before the last day of every odd-numbered month, submit registration through the "I Have IT Golden Ideas" electronic flow (before the process, collect offline) Note: Upload attachments written according to the "IT Golden Ideas Research Template" and the information does not support changes in even months. In addition, applicants are not allowed to submit two or more similar golden ideas at the same time, and they should be combined

Preliminary review: The secretary of the IT Golden Ideas Committee will conduct an online preliminary review based on the guidelines of the "IT Golden Idea Elements Table". Only those who pass the preliminary review can proceed to the offline final review.

Collaboration: Encourage public innovation, let more people participate, and advocate in-depth cooperation between IT personnel and business personnel to explore needs together, conceive solutions together, and judge awards together.

Review process

Announce the results: The host announces the results of the IT golden idea on the spot, whether it is passed or not, and if so, what grade it is and determines the project manager. At the same time, everyone listens to the reasons for voting against the judges, which can help modify the idea or pay attention to the risks of the idea.

Result output: After the review meeting, the review results will be notified in a timely manner, and the host will initiate an electronic flow of "IT Golden Idea Project Establishment", which will be fed back to the judges, contestants, and project managers.
