Review process

2) 4-minute Q&A: After SHOW TIME, the judges will ask questions and the contestants will answer them. If there is still time, the audience can add questions.

Announce the results: The host announces the results of the IT golden idea on the spot, whether it is passed or not, and if so, what grade it is and determines the project manager. How to implement
Project approval: For golden ideas with a score of 8 or above, within 3 months after passing the on-site review, the project will be initiated and a project manager will be appointed.
Team formation and start of work: The project manager forms a project team and coordinates project startup, development, testing, acceptance, online, effect tracking, and project summary Note: If it is a single-system project, priority will be given to personnel from this department. If a cross-system project is involved, the project manager has the right to select personnel to participate, and each department head is obliged to cooperate.
Project termination: If the project manager needs to terminate a golden idea that meets the project approval standards, he must follow the "IT Golden Idea Termination" idea flow, and it can only be terminated after approval by the project manager.
