Direct client to portal.quicktrade.co.za – Log in details are emailed to the client (Reset password if the client cannot find the email).

Assist the client to upload an identification document (ID or Passport).

Assist the client upload Proof of address that is not older than 3 months and must be in their name.

Assist the client to complete the Q&A Test.

Send FICA a message requesting the profile be reviewed and verified

Open the Client section, Ensure it is filter to Not verified and Pending ID

Check if the Picture quality is clear and the client has not cut off any part of the ID

Update the Name, Middle Name and Surname on the Clients Profile

Go back to documents, click on ID and click on Edit.

Ensure that the ID/Passport number is captured correctly

If the document is a passport, ensure that the expiry date is captured correctly

Click on Reject if the document is not acceptable and click on Approve it the document is acceptable.

Open the Dashboard and Identify Documents uploaded and click on view

Check if the Picture quality is clear and the client has not cut off any part of the Proof of address. The document should not be older than 3 months and must be in the client’s name.

Update the address on the Clients Profile

Go back to documents, click on Proof of address and click on Edit.

Ensure that the City, Address, and Postal code are captured correctly

Click on Reject if the document is not acceptable and click on Approve it if the document is acceptable

Direct Client to open demo account. A new trader opens 1:100 and an experienced trader selects their preferred account OR

Direct Client to open Live account. A new trader opens 1:100 and an experienced trader selects their preferred account.

Assist Client to create an MT5 login password for registered accounts - Show client how to use Livechat to get help from other departments

Show client how to make a deposit and assist them to deposit, if they want to do so.

Assist client to Download MT5 on preferred devices.

Assist client to login to Demo and Live account

Check Managers terminal to ensure they logged in correctly
