Key Stakeholder

In business, a stakeholder refers to any individual or group that can affect or is affected by the activities, decisions, and outcomes of a particular organization. Stakeholders have an interest or "stake" in the success and operations of the business, and their involvement can significantly impact the achievement of organizational goals. Stakeholders can be internal or external to the business. Internal stakeholders typically include owners/shareholders, employees, and management personnel. External stakeholders may include customers, suppliers, creditors, government agencies, regulatory bodies, local communities, industry associations, and even competitors.
