Quarterly Inspection to be planned for the existing ILL customers

NOC Engineer and Area Incharge to be assigned

The customer to be informed about the ILL inspection atleast 1 week before

All the ILL Inspections to be completed in Quarter

The assigned NOC Engineer and Area technician to approach the customer as per the plan

ILL Inspection checklist and Feedback form to be used- information about the connection and NW diagram from our end to be filled before going to the venue

Update about the issues if any to be collected from NOC

Checklist questions to be used as reference and feedback to be taken from Customer wrt the line and service issues if any

Signature and seal to be obtained on the feedback form

Scan and store the feedbacks recevied in specific location

Any action items from the Inspection should be completed and updated to customer
